"Yehovah is great, who delights in the shalom of his servant!"
Psalms 35:27 instructs us to SHOUT the name Yehovah. His name is not "LORD," it is Yehovah (see the blogs below to learn more) and before Constantine there was no fear in speaking his name. His name was known to all Christendom. Our God enjoys being called by his real name: Yehovah. Practice it, get comfortable with it, because we are going to hear it for the rest of eternity.
Most English translations use "peace, prosperity, well-being," etc to replace the word here, which is shalom. Shalom means all the above and so much more. In simple terms it means: Nothing missing, nothing broken.
Our words form the world we live. Use the right words to make it your world the best!
Rick Renner was at church today and gave an insightful message as always. Rick Renner is a Biblical linguist and historian who has insight and understanding about scriptures that I have rarely heard in other historical teachers. He talked on James 1:1-17. And there is far more there than you can even imagine.
One of the words he taught on was "Grace." I have heard many definitions of grace, but nothing like this.
To begin... Grace IS NOT a Christian word. It has its roots in paganism and means "to be touched by god" and was used to refer to a person who had been empowered beyond the normal human ability to accomplish amazing feats that a "normal" person would never be able to do in their own strength. Pagan mythology is filled with stories of normal men who are "graced" by a god to accomplish superhuman feats.
In Christianity, we are anointed by Christ to live HOLY (separated unto Yehovah for a special purpose) lives empowered to lives like God.
Grace is NOT the freedom to live a sin-filled life and consider oneself saved. Nowhere is this taught in the Bible and is a deceptive teaching and if not brought back into alignment with the word of God's grace can result in being cast out into the darkness (Matt 25:30)

I wanted to share with you what happened to me at church today. I really didn't feel like going to church today and was thinking of staying at home and watching it online. But, the Holy Spirit told me to go to church.
Once there the service started as it normally does in singing praise and I entered into a time or worshiping Yeshua (Jesus). While worshiping I heard the rest of the assembly singing and noted the level of singing that I was hearing.
The entire service was worship and ministry time, the pastor did not give a sermon. Somewhere midway through the time of worship I noticed that the sound of the assembly had changed. I was hearing more sound than what was being made by the assembly. This assembly was not making this sound. This was a level of praise that was beyond the natural. I was hearing the voices of the angels singing with the assembly and it was louder than just an audio system would be even if it was turned up. I looked around me expecting to see angels or a manifestation of the Holy Spirit, but saw nothing. Just the realization that it was louder than just this assembly.
After the worship time there was a time of ministry and healing. The pastors walked through the assembly ministering and blessing.
Let me ask you.
Are you giving yourself into the hands of the master? Are you spending time worshiping and praising him? Worship is not singing. Praise is singing and worship of pouring your heart out in love to Yeshua and Yehovah. Praising is good and we need to do that. But more we need to be worshiping (loving) our Lord and God.
